The SILBERSALZ Science & Media Pitch is a platform for international scientists and media professionals to present their latest science projects to an international audience of foundations, media experts and science institutions. Through their feedback you will receive valuable input on how to make your findings accessible to a broad audience.
The aim of the Conference is to facilitate a dialogue between the media and science world and to establish new ways of science communication as scientists and media experts work together on how to make scientific content accessible to the public via the media.
This year, the conference will tackle rebuilding public trust as a common challenge for both contemporary science and media and create a space for crucial interdisciplinary collaboration. New ways of coproduction could become key as societies face the double challenge of accelerating climate change and growing populism, even democratic backsliding.
