Summer School – Insects as Food & Feed

June 21, 2021 – June 25, 2021 all-day

This Summer School will address the entire chain from genetics to farming, handling/logistics, processing, marketing and consumption. The aim is to learn the basic principles behind the factors that affect all processes in the insect production and consumption chain. Rearing, handling, processing and consumption of insects as food and feed are discussed. You will learn how to apply this information in your daily practice by developing strategies.
